Employment applications will be maintained in the active file for a period of ninety (90) days.  On the 91st day after the date of the application, it will be retired to the inactive file where it will be retained for a period of six (6) months from the date of application.  If you wish to be considered for employment after the application has been retired, you must complete a new employment application which will be maintained in the active files for ninety (90) days.
