Job Description for Pool Attendant It is preferred, but not required that Pool Attendants are American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR certified.  You must conduct your self in a professional and friendly manner and maintain clean and professional appearance. Duties Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly manor. Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with members and guests. Answer all questions politely Enforce all club rules fairly and consistently. Refer all problems or complaints to manager promptly Pick up debris and trash on pool deck and grounds. Rich – Extremely please with Pool Specialists, they keep the pool and facility spotless.  The lifeguards are friendly and responsible. The water is clear and the club seems much more inviting. I could not be more pleased.  Quite a contrast from the last pool management company we had.

Whitney – You could see the difference since Pool Specialists took over the pool.  Before I would not use the bathrooms because they were so filthy.  Now even the tables and lounge chairs on the deck are clean.  The lifeguards are friendly, helpful, and conscientious.  They are well managed.
