Computerized Membership Tracking - Our heritage is based on a decade of building, growing and managing a swim & racquet club. Your profitability is at the top of our list, so Pool Specialists developed and uses computerized membership tracking and concession tracking systems to help increase profitability. This system helps weed out the people taking advantage of your facility that have not paid for a membership. The system also offers debit accounts for your members, eliminating the necessity for them to bring money to the pool. We can even setup the system to accept Visa and Mastercard.
Computerized Chemical Controllers - We offer computer controllers to monitor and control the chlorine and pH. The controllers transmit every 30 minutes to our web site, keeping us aware of the chlorine levels, pH levels, pump pressure, water temperature and several other important parameters. If any of the parameters go out of range we are notified with an alert email and text messages.

Website - We offer an option for custom website for you and your members. Your members can download Membership Applications, Youth Sports Sign-up Forms, Pool Rules, etc., as well as check the club calendar, pool hours, and pool closings. We can even setup for your members to renew or join online and register for youth sports online. Your members will be able to ask questions and provide comments and feedback online, which can be forwarded to your board members or a list of people you define.
WiFi - We offer an option for WiFi access at the pool where DSL or Cable is available. We use commercial equipment allowing controlled access managed by the owner or manager.
