Job Description for CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Technician It is required that CPO Technicians are Certified Pool Operators.  You must conduct your self in a professional and friendly manner and maintain clean and professional appearance. Duties Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with members and guests. Answer all questions politely Enforce all club rules fairly and consistently. Refer all problems or complaints to manager promptly Pick up debris and trash on pool deck and grounds. Rich – Extremely please with Pool Specialists, they keep the pool and facility spotless.  The lifeguards are friendly and responsible. The water is clear and the club seems much more inviting. I could not be more pleased.  Quite a contrast from the last pool management company we had.
