Job Description for Office Administrator The Office Administrator must conduct him or herself in a professional and friendly manner and maintain confidentiality of all information.  Applicant must be responsible, capable of multitasking, consistently follows through on projects without reminders and is able to work without direct supervision. Duties Answering telephone inquires and directing messages to appropriate personnel. Rich – Extremely please with Pool Specialists, they keep the pool and facility spotless.  The lifeguards are friendly and responsible. The water is clear and the club seems much more inviting. I could not be more pleased.  Quite a contrast from the last pool management company we had.
